Jade Brown Russell
Jade is a corporate transactions attorney at Adams and Reese, LLP. She has experience in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate finance and securities related transactions. Jade earned her Juris Doctorate (cum laude) from Southern University Law Center in 2003, and her Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in Political Science from Howard University in 2000. Jade has a strong desire to give back to the New Orleans community by serving as a founding member and President of the local chapter of the Urban League Young Professionals. She also serves on the boards of the Urban League, the Downtown Development District and STAIR of New Orleans.
